Can you attend our farm content raids, (Wed/Thu/Sun)from 7pm -> 11pm AEST)?

Yes i can attend those raid times.

Tell us a little about yourself:

Friends call me arrow in game, I work for the government, and i can always give notice if i cant attend raid for any reason. I play a few blizzard game and i play fps games aswell and if I find a game on steam ill generally give anything a go. Generally spend way to much time on this computer of mine.

List and describe any gear sets for other specs that you possess:

I have enhance off-pieces for my shaman, but I've never had to play enhance and not entirely confident in playing it on mythics.

Hunter is pretty much just changing gems over if the need arises other then that, the gear is very similar.

Do you have any reasonably geared alts that you are prepared to play as well? List & describe them here:

both of these characters can be the alt, currently im maining rsham for my guild because rshams are so strong in mythics. But hunter was my main during Highmaul because it was the more geared and because it was my main during SoO.

Describe your role in a specific raid encounter (You have the freedom to pick any fight). Go into some detail in how you manage your character and cooldowns, your role may also be different - depending on how your guild does this fight, so explain what exactly you do. If you have done the encounter on Heroic, explain that difficulty rather then normal:

Well ill explain my role on Mythic Oregorger, because our guild just had a night of progression on it.

As a resto shaman my role was to raid heal while maintaining heals on tanks when required but left generally to the paladin focus healing tanks and to provide supporting heals if needed.

During first phase I use spirit-link on the 3rd acid torrent to smooth damage intake, and always provide aoe raid heals for raid for acid torrents keeping healing stream within melee ranged by moving it as need be. Keeping healing rain down when ascending through acid torrent 6-7 to top raid going into roll phase. Moving from wretched blackrock; we had 2 groups that moved parallel to each other down the hallway   (these healing cooldowns are fluid and change from pull to pull which didn't allow for consistent healing).

Roll phase we stay together for the first 10 seconds of the encounter, then i splinter off and focus on healing the melee group as they kill the boxes they are assigned to kill. I try and save healing tide for when the boss fills up with blackrock ore so going into the 2nd standing phase everyone is topped. (If our paladin decided to use wings in that final few seconds of the roll phase, then i would hold it and use it as a raid CD during an acid torrent.

Going in the 2nd standing phase i use my 2nd charge of spirit-link during acid torrent 4-6 depending on available externals to tank. Using healing tide as needed to substitute tranq that is used in P1 standing phase when excessive. Using ascendance again if available acid torrent 6-7 to stabilize raid going into 2nd rolling phase or if tranq was available from druid then he would stabilize raid.

2nd roll phase I would be again doing the same role as the first roll phase, following the melee group around on there assigned boxes and healing them.

3rd standing phase, is basically use cds as they come off cool down if its not in conflict with another raid cd, and using spirit-link later on in the sets of acid torrents 5-7 to alleviate spike damage from those acid torrents.

Raiding Information
Previous Raid Experience (guilds, ranks/roles, and content cleared - include Vanilla/BC if relevant):
Ive played the game on and off since Vanilla. I raided; MC,ZG20, AQ20, BWL, ONY, back when it was current content.

Had a short hiatus from the game came back for BC raided; BT, SSC, Kara, Hyjal, Mags, Gruul, however did not kill illidan or Archimonde though, and never got the opportunity to raid Sunwell when it was current content.

Raided start of Wotlk (Naxx) had to quit again at the start of ulduar due to school going into grade 10 or something parents thought i needed to focus... lame i know.

Came back to wow during Cata, start of DS raided in a guild and killed 8/8 heroic on like 25% or 30% nerf (not a cutting edge guild but still fun / casual guild The Dark Voyage-Dreadmaul.)

Raided start of MOP got my 16/16 normal, and only 4/16 heroic before Quitting the game again due to work. Came back to the game in TOT raided casually 12/12 normal however this guild fell apart in SoO moved to a new guild and went 9/14 heroic with Disturbed-Barthilas, before moving to Ruthless and getting 14/14 heroic with them like 310 in the world after their move from 10 to 25 man heroic.

Reason for leaving your current guild:

Unfortunately the guild has been bleeding members since the start of BRF due to poor performances and overall lack of progression. it was obvious that 15 or so people from our group wanted to be there and put the effort into improving their performances to reach that goal, while others were simply there for the ride and didn't show any motivation to improve there personal game play to meet the new mythic standards. Which has resulted in the guild slowly dying.

Explain your keybinds and key addon usage, you may use your UI screenshot to assist you in doing so:
Keybinding are very numerous but ill try and explain.

1-5 (mouse over macros for major healing spells)

Q,E,R,T,F,G,C,V,B (are either short cooldowns or abilities that have significance in my rotation.)

1-5 (mouse buttons, used for short cooldown or totem use.)

Shift modifiers (for almost all of the above listed are longer cooldown or Raid / healing cooldowns)

Addons

Weakauras; I have weakaura strings for encounter debuffs and for class specific needs (like totem timers and ability timers, as well as trinket procs and tier procs.)

DBM;  boss timers (lists important abilities and has warnings that flash when something bad is about to happen, or im standing in bad stuff.)

Bartender4; customization for bars and keybindings

Vuhdo: Healing addon allows for click casting of spells i used to just had mouse over macros, but i found that this new set up works better for me.

Shadowed unit frames: Standard blizzard frames are boring, so i use this instead more customization to suit my needs.

Tidy plates: this has more carried over from my hunter, but servers the same purpose for more centralized health bars.

Castbars: Again more customization especially for focus targets and tracking interrupts.

Why do you want to join Honestly?:
Well I have been raiding with Ruthless for over a year now, and through it all I always enjoyed myself because they wanted to push progression and enjoy their raiding, while still focusing on downing bosses in a timely manner and without the overly excessive times that other top end guild tend to run during progression. I want to enjoy this game while pushing progression in a high end raiding guild, and have a great guild atmosphere.
Tell us why we should give you a trial:
I have proven  that I can raid in a high end guild before and have excelled in progression. I am a focused person that puts in the ground work on bosses, and to not be a liability while raiding.
Do you play any other games? Give us an idea of your general gaming background/history:
I play many different games; diablo (only recently gotten into that), Titanfall, BF4, Left For dead 2. mainly casually nothing to serious... yet. Steam if i see a game i want to try ill generally give it a go.
If there is anything else you would like to add, or you have any closing comments, include them here:

I just wanted to explain the current situation with my mains.

I was maining my hunter during the start of BRF because it had been my main since TOT, however I also had a rshaman that I pvped on; i was a 2400 rsham and got duelist last season of MOP so not a scrub at rsham but certainly never high end PVE. I offered to put in the ground work to transfer my skills of rsham healing from pvp to pve to round out our healing roster and because rshams are so strong in BRF, I have been maining this rsham for roughly 2 weeks now, not a long time at all but i hope it comes across in the logs, that i have been steadily improving my overall game play as a rsham to the point of being able to heal mythic BRF and with continued practice I can improve even further.
